Got to cut some details into a sheet of 16ga sheet metal, to replace the floor in my manure spreader. I see the HF nibbler is rated for 16ga max, and I'm wondering how well, or if it will work for this? Got plenty of air compressor, so no issues there. Any thoughts?

I work on a lot of old, neglected, rusty stuff. Seems like half the time, smaller Allen head setscrews will strip, despite your best efforts. Didn't someone offer them with serrated edges to bite into the sides of the screw? Did they work well, and where can I get them?
