Anyone make a work bench out of their rolling tool cabinet?

Why not build a cabinet/ workbench that your rolling tool box fits neatly under. then you can roll it out to a job and use the top as an additional work surface. It will still occupy the same space when the rolling box is under the bench. Bill

I've got the base/expandable sets from GE. Good range , clear speaker, and comfortable to my ears. I really like the speaker phone and use it alot. Ceiling tiles in garage?

Unless access is an issue I would go with sheet rock. Way less expensive plus if you go with the suspended type you loose more headroom. That said s/r can be a PITA to hang and finish overhead by yourself. Bill

How can I learn to MIG weld?

Good advice from all above. one thing I'll throw in. When you get ready to buy go to your local welding supply house and see what deals they have. You may pay a bit more than the box store but you will get a better machine. Plus lots of free advice and they are happy to help out a novice, and a...

    Ventless heater contractor

The company that I sub for stopped selling ventless fire places because of the mosture/oder problems. The liabiality issue is the biggest reason a lot of contractors have stopped installing ventless units. Now in all truth you will not have that much of a problem in your garage. The moisture...

Running 120v through water hose ??

Why not use the low voltage landscape lights. you can bury it a few inches in the ground along the drive. Way less chance of :shocking: I wouldn't run any 110 unless it is buried at least 18' down, Think about the next homeowner who does'nt know it's there and starts planting flowers :3gears:
