    Wilde 1985 Special

It's a cool store. But I will say this, don't be in a hurry. It's jam packed. I actually bought my Wilde pliers there, Wilde pick set,,CHEAP USA craftsman 10 and 12 in scratched adjustable wrench. And... A saddle blanket. It's that kind of place. I live an hour south of them. My wife and kids...

    Wilde 1985 Special

It's an ad I guess from last year that they still honor. The KC Royals made the series last year. First time making the playoffs and the series since 1985. Royals fans that have suffered really crappy ball for a long time will never forget last season.

Epstein Fans Craftsman Pro Adj Wrench

Hello. I was in downtown KCMO early this morning. I stopped in HJE to grab a few odds and ends. They have a box full of craftsman USA 10" adjustable pliers for $10 each. They say scuffed. But honestly it would take a real picky person to care. I chatted with the guy at the counter over a cup of...

    The VISES of Garage Journal

A week ago this was a rusted bunch of parts I paid 3 bucks for. I bought the jaws at wiltonviseparts.com. Kevin Scott is awesome to do business with. It was missing the swivel handle so I made one using a coupling nut and hi carbon rod. It is Ford tractor gray. I am giving it to my dad. He and I...

    craftsman retaining ring pliers $14.99

Of course JUST bought the exact same channelock version for DOUBLE. Oh well, I needed them for a 12" snap ring. And they worked great and bought local. Would do it again if needed. Sears can pound it.

    My Big Johnson

As a kid I got drug around to antique stores with my parents. I hated it. But is was truly antiques. Now, to me, they have become more of consignment shops. I don't go often and yesterday was a special day. But when I go I search out old tools because of this site. I just finally got a little...

I will have to download that software. Yes, the level was at an antique. It stook out like a sore thumb. Somebody didn't know what they had.

    My Big Johnson

Just picked this 6 foot Aluminum Johnson level for $8. It was at an antique store in my town. The downtown area was having a sidewalk sale. Not a nick on it. It won't see much use but for 8 bucks I couldn't pass it up. Plenty of immature jokes now have a subject in my garage.
