    i also voted both, most socket sets used to be 12 point so i have quite a lot of them and never had any problems with them , on modern engines with modern fixings and tight spaces 12 point win every time

    used a 19mm and 21mm quite often on a makita and milwaukee 1/2" guns and never broke one but have rounded out the broching on cheepies

    good to see a propper working setup , in my experience forklifts always brake in the worst possable place eg out in the yard middle of a puddle in the rain miles from the van , i suppose snap on to flashy for this line of work . i know a few in this type of work and quite a lot seem to swear by...

    I agree, I use a set of flank drive plus There the best and it's nice knowing that I never have to buy them again. Also bought the ratcheting wrench set in the same style

    Deep sockets with shallow broach

    my snap on 6 point are all shallow broach my britool thin wall are 12 point full broach and come in usefull for lots of jobs and well worth having even fit bmw plugs . they dont make them anymore but am sure you could still find the odd ones on the net
