Can this type of splice be "legally" used to splice 10-3 SJOOW ?

I am wiring a camper. It will have 2 power source. 120VAC from "shore power" OR 120VAC from an inverter. Can I simple connect both neutrals together and then to the load and only switch the "hot" or do I need to switch the neutrals also ? (SPDT vs DPDT)

I would like to get a sandblaster for small parts, like brake caliper brackets. Most say they need 8-10 CFM @ 90 psi which is beyond the capability of my compressor. This one claims 5 CFM @ 90 PSI. Has anyone tried this VEVOR benchtop sandblaster ?
