    TOPOP - I had similar type markings on one of my Prentiss and Lewis Tool vises and I believe they refereed to a patent date not necessarily the manufacture date but i could be wrong.

    DRIVES - I believe my 5 gal bucket of Evapo-Rust says that each gallon can treat up to either 250-300 lbs of metal before it becomes inert.

    Diesel - I live local to you and also saw that on CL this day. I thought about going to get it but really don't NEED it. However, if your gonna keep it and use it go tonight because it wont last long if anyone with any knowledge sees what kind of shape it is in.

    Hard to say without knowing how many tools and their make. From outside looking in seems to be fair maybe a little on the low end.

    Looking for manufacturer recommendations on a new stack on tool box combination without breaking the bank. I have been searching the normal sites for various older models with better pedigrees and hope to end up going that route at some point. But until then, any suggestions on the lesser brands...
