Dude I’m gonna need additional discounts on this thing if you keep screwing with it!
Good thing the failed heater element is $7.99

Thanks very much for the info on the manometer (and the Voron printer).I went the cheap route and got this manometer, the Dwyer version linked in the other thread is what we used on the spray booths at work

Same style as used on Radon systems....probably the only difference between it and the one on my radon system is the coloring of the fluid.

Sorry to hear about all the family things, never a fun situation...hope you and your family and stay healthy and be a rock to help where possible.
Yeah, sorry to hear about the in-laws and the extra Covid kicker.
Cancer *****. It took my dad and grandpa 6mo apart.
8 weeks of vaca, sweet! I would abuse that to the fullest lol
I too have 8 weeks this year. They let us carry over 2 weeks, but anymore than that that goes unused is lost. I told myself a few years ago I am not letting that happen anymore.
Make the most of the time and for criminy out loud, use that vacation time! My last job taught me the value of turning off the phone/email and using those vacation days.
I've been reading a LOT about those Bambu printers, they really do seem to be the bees knees....making myself resist the urge to dive into another rabbit whole at the moment....hoping the technology continues to scale inversely with price like it has over recent years and a year or two from now I can dive in
Appreciate the update, was beginning to wonder if we ran you off!
On the flip side of that is these machines are now popular and common enough, that if there was something that happened, there would likely be a strong community to hack/retrofit the software to get them running again
Man, f*ck cancer. Just lost my old man a month and a half ago, seven months after diagnosis.... wishing you the best....
Doesn’t cover the P1P / P1S, but it’s already happening for the X1:

How many weather days did your kids get the last couple weeks Martin? Think we are at 3 for snow/road conditions and 1 for cold

I'm rooting for the Chief since Patrick Mahomes graduated from the same college I did, Texas Tech University.
Go Chief!
I hear you on the cleaning of the garage, it seems like I order stuff and it gets lost in the garage. I keep looking at the shelves of camaro parts and keep telling myself that I need to purge some of that stuff off the shelf since I've gotten past that part of the project. But I'm hesitant to throw anything away or sell it yet because I just don't know if I will need it later on. But it's starting to cost me money because I'll end up ordering another one of the same parts I already have but just forgot or couldn't find it. I think once I get the driver side door panel and the AC installation completed (going on 14 months of installing) on the camaro I'm going to stop and clear the clutter of the shelves and make designated shelves for new parts or parts to be put back on the camaro and get rid of trash. Along with put parts I won't be using but want to hold on for future reason, away in totes with an itemized list to reference to in the future.
Interesting color on the 'You get what you get" sign. Is that Honolulu Blue?
We're definitely feeling blue here in Detroit today.
Three cancelled days, three late starts. My oldest two are in first and second year preschool though, so it really doesn’t matter to me.
We had a lot of snow here, more than we have had for over ten years. Roads were plugged up all over. For almost two weeks, I had to turn East out of my driveway, go down to the intersection, go a mile North to the highway, and then go West. Which is fine, I could get out. The county prioritized roads required to be open for livestock, and then comes back to the other roads.
There is the county making it to my driveway.

My wife is a nurse at the hospital in town, she went it to cover for nurses who could not make it into town on Friday. She came home that first night, and then got stuck the next morning in our driveway (after I had already driven into town and back, to make sure it was doable). I got her out, and sent her to work, and then she just stayed at the hospital for a couple nights, and worked a couple day shifts. I was snowed in at home with the kids for that time. It was ok, but it would have been more fun if she was snowed in at home with the rest of us. The pay will make up for it though!

DM me if it's worth it to ship these, I might be interested.Thank you to your wife for her support of the health care system! I was voluntarily snowed in for several days with the kids while the wife was at the "sick ward"....we made it 4 or 5 days and still generally liked each other at the end of it though the 5 year old's mood was changing as quick as the direction of the wind
First step is supposedly the hardest....well got a first step done. 2 boxes of gently used Schaller organizer bins up for sale...replaced with 3d printed ones...so maybe I can start freeing up more space then is taken up by things I don't need that come home anyway...
