    i would just install two 200a transfer switches. Two of something 200 amps is usually quite a bit cheaper than one of something 400 amps whether its a transfer switch or a main breaker panel

    drill and set a 5/8" drop in anchor. Screw a forged eyebolt into it, when done remove the eyebolt and replace with a setscrew until you need it again. Before moving out patch it with some concrete patch.

    its in section 300 somewhere, look it up. Raceway must be installed as a complete system between pull points before conductors are pulled. Probably to protect against abrasion or other damage to the conductor.

    code requires the conduit be installed then the wire pulled in. You cant lay out the wire and slide the conduit over it in sections.

    its ok if your hole passes over some other knockouts. just put a reducing washer on each side of the fitting and youre good to go.
