Picked this up today for a cheap price, anyways I was wondering what the proper name for this might be, the circle f is nice, is this rare in this shape with all 8 bits or are there millions of them? And what value might be put on it?

I just got a few wrenches the other day and noticed this etched in the end "stress lab" anyone ever seen this? This is on a 5/8 inch combination wrench.

Today I bought about 100 sockets , extensions and old pre 1940 tools for well I'm not going to say because I'll get the multiple you **** **** **** comments!!. The sockets are all old Plvmb, proto, bog, Wright and SK.... Lots of old Walden Worcester T Wrenches. Probably 1000 tools altogether...
