I’m so tired on having to reset the collar every week. Is there a hose collar - bought or shop made, that won’t move when shop hands let the hose slam into the reel?

I’m looking for a replacement swivel pad for this old Pony Jorgensen F clamp. A coworker recently lost it. The ball size is 9/32”. I’ve looked on McMaster but they don’t have one that small.
