Our city goes by the 2009 IFC code everything I read in the codes looks like if I am over 5000sq ft I will have to install a sprinkler system?? I sure hope I am missing something & I don't need it. Just a truck shop-storage but we are well above 5000sqft we may lease out two of the outside bays.
