Low and behold I found two cross bars out in the wild. Before I go searching through the ITCL manufacturers, anybody got a clue what these might be to?
The one with knurling at ends is 4 11/16" long. The other with the detention ball is 6".
They both fit in a 3/8 drive flex bar.
Added a 6"...
Good morning my fellow GJ tool enthusiasts!
I found this 1/2" drive 5/8" 12 point socket marked with a serial # 5915 and a boxed in MF makers mark?
I checked MasterForce but those sockets all have the name spelled out fully. Nothing from Miller's Falls looks remotely similar.
Wanted- tools that are original stock items for a 1980s military issue General Mechanics Tool Kit.
See the attached inventory lists. If I don't have a checkmark next to the NSN I'm looking for that item. That said, I know the screwdrivers are Wright Tools, the flathead are Xcelite and the...
Good evening.
I picked up this socket the other day. No manufacturer name or logo. It is a 3/8 drive and measures as a 3/4" socket. But, while it is a 6 point socket, each "point" is 3/16th wide so obviously this is for some sort of specialty bolt...maybe? It's a heavy, well made socket with a...
Good afternoon.
Found this little wrench at the local Habitat Restore.
Can't find any history of this tool maker here, Google or on Alloy Artifacts.
Appears a lot of this came from Japan more recently but this is clearly marked USA.
Hope I can find someone with more Snap-On knowledge than I apparently have. Looking for name of this tool and purpose.
It appears like an injector line crows foot but IDK.
I looked over a lot of threads here and AA along with Google Lens but turned up nada...
Good morning.
Trying to find information on an Atlas Tool out of Troy, Michigan. I got this little 3/8" square spanner wrench (guessing that's what it is) but can't find any info on this company on AA or here in the archives. It also has a "10" placed below the manufacturer info.
Good evening. So found this pair of slip joint pliers with "H" markings. I checked all through AA under Hinsdale, Herbrand, Moore, McKaig and posted it on three different pages within FB.
Another guy on FB sent me pictures of his straight nose slip joint pliers and the markings are very...
Anybody recognize this ratchet? It's being advertised as Oxwall with an Oxwall metal box and obvious Oxwall sockets. All the 1/4" drive Oxwall ratchets I've come across look completely different. No makers mark on the ratchet.
Before I go search through every wrench in my collection, does anybody recognize this design and what manufacturer? All four came out of the same lot and look very similar. From top (nearest to the tape) to bottom, #2, #71, #26, #10...
Picked up this wrench at a thrift store yesterday. Another thread mentioned this manufacturer with Japan stamped on the reverse of his. Mine doesn't have any country of origin.
Just curious who made these, perhaps some history? Seems pretty nice quality- wise.
I got this in a toolbox lot auction. Several Bonney and JH Williams sockets/ ratchets, great deal.
Then there was this...and I'm not sure what this is.
Shaped similar to a firefighter spanner wrench but a lot different. Google Lens yielded nothing.
Has H-3876-D1 stamped on the handle so...
OK. This one is sort of tricky and definitely a first for me. I got a $10 deal on an old toolbox. Inside were some older sockets from Blackhawk, New Britain and two large Cornwell sockets with a funky internal part with geared spindles (my terminology). If anyone has any info on the purpose for...
Hey everyone. I have just this one socket. Curious about the manufacturer. Couldn't find anything online or on Alloy Artifacts. Is it US? Feels like decent quality.
Picked up these sockets at a estate sale. The original owner had quite a collection of Snap-on and Williams tools and sockets.
Tried researching here and on Alloy Artifacts and believe these may be Williams but never saw any Williams sockets without their logo.
All four of these have the...
Got this tool recently. No makers ID. Others have guessed some sort of spanner or pin wrench. Just curious what opinions are in this forum. It's 8 inches long. Five spread pins on one side, six tightly placed pins on the other. Set screw in the middle of the mounted lug. If you know it's purpose...
Has the rubber insert so obviously for spark plugs. It's a well constructed socket and very beefy for a 3/8 drive. Not sure if AC Delco made sockets or not...
