Is there a quality difference between stainless steel drill bit size gauges that are like $6.00 on Ebay or if I was to buy it somewhere else? I know I can trust the 50 year old one I have but would like another. I just don't want one where the holes wear out after awhile.
What is the proper grease for a 4 1/2" Snap-On/ Dewalt / Black+Decker grinder and where can I get some? I have 2 grinders that are around 25 years old, work good and have never been relubed.
I have been asking a lot of questions lately about expanding my electrical diagnostic tools. My next question is about Power Probes 1,2 3 4 or the Hook? Which one to get and why? I already have jumper leads and want to upgrade. I will be working on older stuff, no air bags computers etc...
I am thinking on getting a clamp on amp meter for mainly automotive type work. I would like to use it for miliamps to starter amp testing. Which Fluke or Uni-T should I get?
Working on my Christmas list for Santa, I have a question about four Snap-On ratchets: THNF72 and TNF72. I have never really used a roto ratchet and am not sure which one to get. I am also thinking about FHKF80 and FHCNF72. I have been mainly a chrome handle guy. Any advise? I don't...
I am doing a water pump and need a thread sealant for the bolts that go into the antifreeze. Anything special to use? I was going to use Gasolia or some other pipe thread sealants I have around. Thanks.
I am a Husky guy and have some questions on a Stihl MS211C. My father in law gave me an almost brand new one. He used it maybe for 5 minutes 5 years ago and put it away in its case. Is the fuel 50:1? Can I use my Husky Bar and Chain oil?
For maybe a week, when I log in, the new posts from when I logged in last time look exactly like the old posts. Both the old and new posts are bold, whereas before, only the new posts were bold. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
I am thinking on getting a Snap-On FHF80. I was wondering, are there times when the FH 80 would work better? I currently only use my long flex head ratchets when I need clearance.
I am thinking of getting a Fluke 376 clamp on multi meter to be used mostly for automotive type work. I really need a DC amp clamp. Would a 376 have the proper range that I would need (Starter amp draw to say a parasitic battery drain)? Someone told me they also make a multi meter like the...
Has anyone been using a Snap-On ECPRA072 light and how do you like it? I have 2 ECFHA lights and need to get more and was wondering if I should go with the ECPRA072 instead?
Does anyone have or used a Stihl MS 150 CE ? I found it on their website. I need to get the lightest saw out there that also works good to cut brush and an occasional 6" tree.

What voltage are AA and AAA batteries considered dead? I know it depends on if the devise still works but I found a bunch in the drawer and was thinking of testing them to see which ones are truly not worth keeping.
I am thinking on getting a Coast A25R Flashlight for shop use. I was wondering if anyone has one? Is it too heavy for shop use? Is it too big to carry in your pocket? Is it too bright. I have had a Coast A15 for 5+ years and it has been a great light. Not too big to keep in my pocket...
