    Eifel-jawed PlieRench

Got 3 sets of these things. One to use, and 2 complete sets, one with original paperwork, pre 1930. A very cool, and still useful tool.

    Purpose of this jack

Here in SE Nebraska, that is called an Avery Jack, tractor jack or threshing machine Jack. Avery made most of them, but no idea if they had ties to farm implement mfg of same name. I've got several, and they come in handy, especially the low lift part. Bad part is you need a piece of 2x to set...

    Garden Hose seizing prevention

Had opposite problem. New hose threaded on my brass nozzle, and damn hose fitting spins inside crimp on the hose. Had to mash it with pliers to remove it.

    Grease gun

It pains me to say this, but for the $, the pistol grip ones John Deere dealers sell are just fine! Got several Lincolns and Alemites also. The Deere hangs right with them.

Any reproductions of the Eagle finger pump oil can?

Got a nice Eagle 66 on a garage sale for $5 few weeks back. Hands down my favorite oil can! Drop a couple neomydium magnets inside and it stays where you put it!

    Anyone Else Like Diamond /Diamalloy

My favorite brand. Lots of Diamond stuff in our area, and I buy almost all of it I see.

What jump starters do you guys like

JNC is the only brand worth considering, IMHO.

    Sliding Shop Doors

Use a couple Vise-Grip welding clamps and clamp them shut on the inside. Like the OP said, if they want in bad enough, they'll find a way, but this will buy you time.

Thoughts on the "handy clamp tool"?

Bought one of these today, at Charlie's Secondhand Tools in Denver, for $5. Honestly looks kinda handy. Well made too. Being able to see and hold one made up my mind on it. Time will tell its usefulness, but I'm betting I'll use it soon.

Used IR 2015 Max 3/8" right angle impact

    Roloc Bristle Discs

Used mostly green for cast and white for aluminum. Love that they last forever and work great.

Used IR 2015 Max 3/8" right angle impact

I don't, but it was on here somewhere last night.

Used IR 2015 Max 3/8" right angle impact

Found one for sale for $70, but pretty sure I can get a better price. It's been used, but not all beat to death. It's beyond the early s/n range that had recalls. Anything to look for on these? What do they cost to repair if needed? There are a fair number of places I could use one, so thinking...

    Who made this parts washer?

Bought my Graymills for $100, with 20 gallons of fresh gas in it! Let it sit and settle out, then siphoned it out and ran it through my old beater pickup. Best damn parts washer ever.

Better pic of ratchet. Really smooth too!

    Spreading the Bonney affliction!

Picked up this absolutely perfect Bon-E-Con 3/8" set last weekend. Found it interesting that the shallow sockets are a mix of 6&12 point. Appears all original and unused. Any idea if they were mixed like that? Any guesses as to vintage, or if it is complete?

    Ol timey blow torch

When I was a kid, about 15, I filled one we had in the farm shop with gasoline and cranked it up. Damn thing started leaking and turned into a giant fireball. Liked to have burnt the shop down, but I tossed it into a dunk tank for tires and pushed it under water and smothered the flames. Hid the...

    Case for HF Reciprocating Saw

I've got a Mikwaukee Super, and a HF one I bought when the good one was halfway across the country. Beat the piss out of the HF one, and it just won't die. Definitely worth the $20 I gave for it.
