I am working on a Huot roller chest and have a question on the pullout front panel. what was the original attachment for this panel? Should there be a roller on each side that rides on the track? Any help would be appreciated.

Here is the latest, a quick internet search turns up really no information on this little box. Back is stamped KRA 125. I assume 1963. Is this part of a larger set? Or a box for a certain Snap On tool set? Going to sand and repaint . It is a perfect fit for under the truck seat.

I recently picked up this vintage Kennedy 1018 cantilever Box. It has a cheap olive drab paint job. I began to sand it to repaint it and found the lettering in the photos attached. Anyone have any idea of what this is could it possibly once be military used?

I am interested in getting a welder suitable for welding in patch panels for rust repair on cars and trucks. I am not an experienced welder so I will be learning this as I go. My only welding experience was shop class in high school. What would be a good entry level welder for this type of work?
